never,I mean NEVER go here. don't look at this review and be like "oh, there is other good reviews." The STAFF made those reviews to make up for the truth that all these people are saying. Nasty staff and no dedication to previously made reservations. It seems like the staff (delusional blue hair lady) disrespects customers so often (as you can tell by these reviews) it seems as if they are trying to. Should be shut down immediately. We better get someone out there!!
Avoid at all costs! They do not honor reservations. Kristen, the cookie monster blue hair lady was rude and yelled and cursed at us with small kids in our group. Do not go there unless you want to be yelled at by the cookie monster and go back home. They will sell your spot to the highest bidder even if you leave them your credit card to hold the spot.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! They are so disorginized and rude we made reservations twice in one day and they cancelled them both and kicked us out twice. One woman also cursed at us and yelled at us. I don't recommend going here EVER!!!!! I wish I could give this zero stars!!!!!!
Worst place ever! We had reservations at 10am. As a big group they gave us a discount. We showed up to find out they sold our spots to a higher bidder even though we had reservations and left them a credit card to hold the spots. They then agreed to do a ride at 5pm for us at a slight higher rate which we agreed to. We showed up at 4:30pm to find out they were running behind schedule and we would not be able to go out until after 6pm when it would be dark. They didn't even bother calling us to let us know before we wasted two hours driving. Their snowmobiles also always break down. Avoid this place at all costs!
This was the worst place in the world to go and have fun. The employees were extremely disrespectful and I had to defend my own mother from a lady who got up into her face and yelled. If anything the blue hair lady should be fired for cursing in front of my little cousins (8-14) years old. She violently threw our group of 20 off the property after we asked politely to go on a tour. Keep in mind we had reservations that day at 10 am with a credit card on file to charge but they put us aside and gave away our spot to the highest bidder. We then came back later because they gave us another time, only to find 7 snowmobiles were down and being thrown out once again. There should be a option for 0 stars and an arrest form because this place was pure evil
